School Chameleons are principals, teachers and educators within the school system who are adapting, innovating and driving change towards creating a sustainable and compassionate world. "The secret of change is to focus all your energies not on fighting the old but on building the new." This quote by Socrates, sums up what School Chameleons is out to do. In doing the above, we wish to use inspiring stories as a vehicle for change. Stories we believe inform, encourage and engage stakeholders and finally get results! Our aim is to get stories to differentiate, connect and influence. Every school and almost every educator has a treasure trove of stories. These stories have power, experience, knowledge and they can teach so much. The concepts from stories can be applied in new areas and impact more people and processes in a unique way. Stories carry the seeds that need to be preserved and nurtured.
We aim to foster partnerships among school for the realization of the SDGs and what better way than using stories to spark dialogue. Through the Stoffies, (informal sharing of stories over coffee) we bring inspiring stories out of school corridors to a wider group of people, encouraging conversations, exchange of ideas and exploration of ways of working together. Our goal is to set up India’s first digital storytelling platform as a culmination of these storytelling sessions. These we believe will fuel on-going conversations and give a boost to collaboration.
Through our workshops designed for school leadership and teachers, we build & sharpen the skills of storytelling. These are interactive and power packed sessions offered as in- house programs. Our signature storytelling programs offered publicly, bring home new perspectives and techniques on storytelling from the best minds Internationally. Comes with 25+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial exposure, designing content and facilitating programs in Creative Thinking, Emotional Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion and Mindful Storytelling. Many of the blue chip companies are her clients. She co-founded The Ideas Box and Biscotti Media – both of which created digital and television properties, education and training modules,
Dr. Amrita Rajpal
An HR & OD Facilitator and Change driver. She has 30+ years of experience with educational institutions and corporations. She was the Operations Coordinator with Erehwon a boutique consultancy working in the area of Thinking Skills. She not only marketed their program but also delivered it at various schools and corporate houses across India.
Ravi Rajpal
He has been in the business of managing wealth since the past 22 years and is the founder of My Money Management and Co-founder at Media Hermits and Acintyo. He is a reputed global Speaker, who has spoken across 100+ forums with 9,000+ financial advisors.
Seema Sood
Master in Journalism comes with more than 25 years of experience across genres. She was a reporter and editor in Indian Express and went on to join The North-East Times and The Sentinel ,as a writer and columnist. She taught in a school and did corporate communications & worked for Mudra Advertising, Ambience Advertising and Leo Burnett India.
